Ingredients
2 cups water
2 cups milk
3-4 whole cloves
1 stick cinnamon
3-4 cardamom pods
A pinch of saffron
Sugar to taste
½ cup black CTC tea
Method
Bring all the ingredients except the milk together to a boil. Add the tea and let it steep for a while. Add the milk to the tea spice mixture and heat. Do not boil. Strain and stir in sugar to taste.
