  • 3 parts water
  • 1 part cold yogurt
  • Rosewater, sugar, and pinches of cardamom.

Whisk or blend all ingredients until frothy and its ready to drink.

Digestive Lassi

  • 3 parts water
  • 1 part cold yogurt
  • Pinches of cumin, ginger, black pepper, and salt.

Whisk or blend all ingredients until frothy and its ready to drink.

Digestive Tea

  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/3 tsp Whole Fennel seeds
  • 1/3 tsp Whole Coriander seeds
  • 1/3 tsp Whole Cumin seeds

Boil the water and add the spices. Let the mixture stand for five minutes. Strain the tea and drink.

Ginger Tea

  • 1 tsp Sweetener
  • 2 inches Ginger Root
    4-5 cups Clean Water

Grate the ginger root and add to boiling water. Let the pot simmer for fifteen minutes. Strain the tea and drink.
